End-User License Agreement (EULA)

 This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AR Draw & Sketch: Art Maker.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our AR Draw & Sketch: Art Maker software ("Software") directly from Brijesh Bodariya or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the AR Draw & Sketch: Art Maker software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by Brijesh Bodariya, regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for this Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery.

License Grant

Brijesh Bodariya hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the AR Draw & Sketch: Art Maker software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are permitted to load the Software on a device (e.g., mobile, tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.

You are not permitted to:

  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the Software in whole or in part

  • Combine or incorporate the Software into other software

  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software

  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, or use the Software for commercial purposes

  • Allow third parties to use the Software on your behalf

  • Use the Software in violation of any local, national, or international law

  • Use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Brijesh Bodariya shall retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent updates. The Software, including all intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks), remains the property of Brijesh Bodariya.

Brijesh Bodariya reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and will continue until terminated.

You may terminate it at any time by notifying Brijesh Bodariya in writing.

This agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it. Any provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any disputes arising from or relating to it, shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
